I think it could have offered a little more in terms of 5-star service. Eg the water filter in the room is a commendable idea - but that and the coffee machine placed in a relatively inaccessible, awkward nook. And not the right size to fill a normal size water bottle, meaning you buy one when you go out anyway. During a season with 32 plus centigrade heat and high levels of humidity, I think extra (free) water in the rooms or on offer at the lobby could have been nice.
