The air conditioning was not working.
The air conditioning was not working.
Staff attitude on the first 2 days was arrogant, especially the receptionist on the second day of the stay, refused to provide the hotel manager's contact, the room smelled of sewage, the fridge was not working. It was only resolved after urging the hotel employee and providing a replacement room.
