Bathroom and shower very small water pressure too strong

This hotel is ideally located, close to transport, shopping and the very pleasant, Kowloon Park. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

As others have mentioned, the beds are very hard. The ac temperature control in our room did not work; it was either cold or off. Our twin room had only one chair.

We arrived very early (09:00 AM) and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and start exploring the city immediately. Excellent buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. The bed was comfortable, although slightly firmer than our personal preference. We booked a very nice room and enjoyed a fantastic view overlooking part of the harbor.

- The reception staff was often unhelpful and came across as rude. In addition, their limited English proficiency made it difficult to discuss and resolve the issues we encountered. Although we had already provided all required information and copies of our passports during our early arrival, we had to complete a "second" check-in process when we returned at 14:00. We were then informed that the rooms were still not ready, despite the official check-in time being 14:00. The rooms were not available until after 15:00, resulting in more than one hour of waiting. We booked two rooms: one for my wife and me, and another for our three children. Despite waiting more than an hour beyond the scheduled check-in time, the third bed in our children's room had still not been prepared or installed. As a result, the third bed was not available until approximately 16:00.

Great location and very professional and friendly staff. There is a park nearby and lots of places to eat nearby. It is walking distance from a look of places whether its shopping, places or interest or food. The laundry facilities within the property are really good and convenient. A great place to stay and explore the city.
