When checking in, was advised by the check in staff that my room type is either near the lift or end of corridor. I stated that i prefer the one near the lift. But when go to the room, it is the one furthest down the corridor.

When I arrived at this hotel, the front desk was very friendly and helped me check in, and even took my luggage to my room. Immediately afterwards, I tried the Chinese food, and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I finally understood what the 'pot aroma' in Fried Rice meant, and it was very delicious. Finally, I rested in my room and had a wonderful evening.

When I arrived at this hotel, the front desk was very friendly and helped me check in, and even took my luggage to my room. Immediately afterwards, I tried the Chinese food, and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I finally understood what the 'pot aroma' in Fried Rice meant, and it was very delicious. Finally, I rested in my room and had a wonderful evening.

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Landmark. The hotel's design is very distinctive, and it's the classic Hong Kong style that I really like. James from the sales department upgraded me to the hotel's most distinctive open suite. I particularly like the Pergo Italian restaurant in this hotel. Their dishes are very exquisite and delicious. When I come to Shenzhen for a trip next time, I will still choose this hotel.

The staff are warm and attentive, responding promptly. The restaurant William treated us like friends. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is delicious. The gym and swimming pool facilities are complete, perfect for relaxation. The overall environment is elegant and the value for money is high. It is strongly recommended for both business and leisure travelers
