Good location with easy access and friendly staff who accommodated me in the hotel despite me having got dates wrong!

My AC wasn't working well and I had an uncomfortable night, and when I raised the issue, it didn't seem to be taken seriously and wasn't attended to during my stay.

Modern, well-maintained hotel in the downtown area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, well above average for this class of hotel in Morocco (for example, deliciously fresh croissants). Modern, well-laid-out rooms (though a little on the small side).

There was a private event on the rooftop with very loud music until past midnight. It prevented us from sleeping. We had to leave at 6:15 am the next day.
