The location just in front of the falls and its access when the park is closed, the hotel is upscale, staff is reading your wishes in your êtes, everything is polished, champagne in front of the falls at 5.30pm , there bar with live music and great cocktails - a class of hotels that do not exist very often any more.

Given it’s a listed property some the plumbing and bathrooms are old fashioned but the staff make the stay very comfortable
