The room was not secure. The door to the common balcony could not be locked. It wasn’t really able to be closed properly.
A Hotel that definitely does not have 4 stars more than faded. Worn out, broken and dirty!

The facilities are very outdated. The shower leaks, the jacuzzi bathtub doesn't work, the terrace is very dirty. We booked a room for three people but only had a double bed and a sofa without pillows or sheets... The breakfast at 8.00€ is honestly excessive. There is nothing special or oriental.

Room: Suspicious (clean?) torn and holey sheets. Musty smell. Moldy fridge. Dilapidated table. Dilapidated door. Broken water heater abandoned next to the entrance door. Hotel: Dilapidated tiling around the pool. Dilapidated signage. Dilapidated walkways. Gloomy breakfast room. Total scam for a 4-star, even in Morocco! Catastrophic value for money. Absolutely to be avoided.
