The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious, everything inside was well thought out to the finest detail. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was of high quality. The staff at breakfast was also very friendly and attentive, the employees in the breakfast room were very helpful. Our recommendation for those staying here: Definitely opt for the breakfast included. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety, careful presentation, and everything was very delicious. Additionally, we would like to thank the hotel for assigning us a beautiful room with a Bosphorus view (free upgrade) from the 3 rooms available to us. Unfortunately, the view from the other rooms we stayed in was facing a construction site.

There was a bit of a long wait at check-in at the hotel. Normally, they offer sherbet to customers arriving at the hotel. They told us to wait in the lobby and cool off with some sherbet. We really needed something cold to cool down, so we patiently waited for the sherbets. However, after a long wait, they said there was no sherbet left and offered to bring us cold coffee instead. We also waited a long time for the cold coffees. Finally, we drank our coffees, but had to wait about 30-35 minutes to go to our room. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel; however, this long wait at check-in unfortunately had a slightly negative impact on our experience.

During breakfast, the staff would clear your plates assuming you were done, even when the glasses were half full. This was the only negative point, but overall it's an excellent hotel and location.
