The double room is very small, it's hard to move around quickly
The TV was in parallel with the bed which made it hard to watch. The room space was small because the bathroom took up most of the space. I guess other rooms have a better layout and I was just unlucky. All in all a bit overpriced for what I got.
The hotel was overbooked and could not accommodate us. The staff, with consultation to the manager, did not make an effort to organize an alternative. Instead, they tried to convince me to cancel at my own risk. Assistance was only provided later with the help of Booking support.
