We had a junior suite for myself and 2 kids - large room, nice view over the river and we had access to the executive lounge on floor 7 which had all day access and free hot and cold drinks / snacks etc. easy walk to lots of different restaurants and nice areas, 25 mins walk to the main museums / checkpoint Charlie etc. Across the road is Friedrichstrasse station which has excellent links so all very easy. It felt so easy and relaxing at this hotel, staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Sometimes we arrived at the room at 16:30/17h and it was still not cleaned. And the pillows were quite uncomfortable.
