I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially enjoyed the massage service. It was very relaxing and helped me feel refreshed after a busy day. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their kind assistance with preparing and issuing the invoice. They were very patient and efficient, which made everything much easier for me. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I really appreciate the great service and would be happy to stay here again.
