The reception... inadequate staff, speaks Albanian, little English and that's it. Extremely soft bed... a real torture. There are colorful LEDs everywhere... useless. Breakfast on the top floor... just sufficient.

The staff is lovely, too bad not all of them speak either Italian or English (for example, the night staff, a language training would have been appreciated) so it's better to ask the day receptionist, otherwise it can be complicated. Luckily I speak Italian and English
