The rooms are tiny and cramped. The window practically faces the wall. It's like living in a basement. The hotel's technology is dilapidated, particularly the elevators, which are out of order, forcing guests to use service elevators in areas not intended for hotel guests. The quality of the food prepared in the restaurant does not at all correspond to the exorbitant prices for the food.
