The staff were so super amazing, and the friendly can-do attitude. Of course the location and price were winners as well!! The lifts were very quiet and fast, and no waiting. A glorious bed. We used the microwave and the oven and they were both clean and worked well.

If I had to be petty, I would have to say that the dining table position under the tv was a bit awkward. We moved the table into the kitchen area (and then moved it back when we were leaving). A couple of minor things were missing - a face cloth, and a dish cloth.
