The property was difficult to access, a bus had to park across the driveway so I could not get in and in heavy traffic so had to drive to the middle of town to turn around. When I got there it was difficult to park and difficult to find reception, they had then lost my booking. Then the room was a small poky corner room with very little view. Definitely not a superior room. It had an adjoining room which I didn’t think to check the lock and had a woman walk into my room as I was getting ready for bed and abuse me for being there. When I tried to ring reception to get them to come lock the door the phone didn’t work

Had to pay for parking. The balcony should have had a rooftop so that during rainy days can still sit outside and enjoy the view.

Didn’t like the parking facilities and having to pay $25 per day

2 beds put together didn't work well. Dent in the middle...use a topper pad. Capturing was a shambles, it's a construction site too, vehicles parked on a sunny driveway...rabbit Warren to find our way. Towel rail didn't heat and we needed it to...room 102A

NOISY: Room 505A BLOCK 1 is located in front of the parking lot so very noisy not only because of ongoing construction but also people moving constantly standing in corridors to talk. Not just in the day but till very late at night. So if you're stuck in the room due to rains your holiday is ruined twice as bad. HOUSEKEEPING once you've checked-in is just about replacing towels and toiletries. FOOD taste and quality is poor. PARKING is not adequate and very inconvenient and expensive if not prebooked.
