We had a lovely stay at this all-inclusive hotel in Dubrovnik. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty to enjoy, and the views were simply amazing! 😍 The location was perfect for us as it was just outside the Old Town, meaning it was a lot less crowded and peaceful. The bus stop was only around a 5-minute walk away, with buses taking us straight into the Old Town, making it really easy to explore.

The only downsides were that the bathroom was quite small and the room felt a little warm. When we asked reception about the air conditioning, we were told it was set to heating rather than cooling, which was slightly disappointing.

Totaal geen kindvriendelijk hotel. All Inclusive klopt ook niet. Je moet bijbetalen voor koffie, en groot deel van personeel is niet in staat om een cappuccino te maken. Dit is bij vertrek ook bevestigd. Bij aankomst nergens een kinderstoel aanwezig voor een baby van 10 maanden oud. Geen waterkoker op de kamer en nergens een magnetron aanwezig. Een fles melk opwarmen is zelf onmogelijk. Vraag je personeel om hulp krijg je als antwoord: Je kunt gewoon heet water uit de kraan pakken. Potjes Olvarit opwarmen zelfde verhaal. Alles is teveel gevraagd. Lobby is veel te klein en enorm gehorig voor het aantal kamers dat beschikbaar is in hotel. Wil je s avonds na het diner hier plaatsnemen? Succes, er is bijna nooit plek. Er staan nog geen 50 stoelen. Op geen enkele verdieping toiletten aanwezig, alleen beneden bij het restaurant. Deze zijn niet schoon. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om kinderen te laten spelen op een rustige plek. Er is een kinderhal aanwezig op 10 minuten loopafstand van hotel. 1 lift in het hele hotel. In de lobby staat een voetbaltafel en een klein speeltoestelletje. Er was geen bal aanwezig voor de voetbaltafel. Bij navraag bij de receptie krijg je als antwoord: wij kunnen u niet helpen. kinderen nemen de balletjes mee. moet je zelf even op zoek gaan naar wie ze heeft en dan kun je meespelen. Om 7 uur 's avonds als het restaurant opengaat moet je in de rij gaan staan en allemaal apart je kamernummer doorgeven voor je mag plaatsnemen. Je kunt naar rechts of links. Er wordt verteld dat beide kanten identiek zijn qua aanbod van eten. Dit is niet waar. Rechts zijn veel meer opties. Links liggen niet eens frietjes voor de kinderen. Personeel staat liever op een kluitje te lachen en kletsen samen dan dat de vieze borden en glazen worden opgehaald. Aanbod van eten is ook beperkt voor All Inclusive. Er is weinig afwisseling. De lunch is echt een aanfluiting. Klacht gemeld, wordt lacherig/ verbaasd op gereageerd. Wij komen hier niet meer terug!
