An excellent hotel in a central location. Large, well-equipped rooms with a very spacious bathroom. The breakfast is diverse, with very good quality.

The reception staff mostly speak better English than German. Upon arrival, two different receptionists asked us to speak better English with them than German. The same happened during check-out with one staff member. Innsbruck, as a (perhaps) international city in a German-speaking country, should also have appropriate German-speaking staff. In all international hotels in Vienna, Berlin, or Hamburg, receptionists first address guests in German and switch to English or other languages upon the guest's request.
