We loved the reception from ALL the staff, breakfast at the piano bar, jazz club and its shows. The cozy atmosphere. Very good meals. The hotel's location is excellent!

I believe they can improve the beds/mattresses with better pillow tops. The room we stayed in, on the 1st floor, had more noise due to the concentration of the hotel's air conditioning units.
