There was a lot of seaweed on the beach so we could not enjoy it as we expected.
What we like most about Paradisus Palma Real is EVERYTHING: highlights the attention of the Kidzone, those people love children and children love being there. Also, the evening restaurants, the staff make an effort to know your allergies, to talk to the chef and ensure that everything is fine. The spaces are super spacious and elegant.

I do not like the loud music at the pool. It is truly too loud unnecessarily. They could lower it a bit because it is all day, so it's deafening. The rooms are clean but not deeply. The dust under the beds could be cleaned more thoroughly and the floor could be mopped... although they come every day and sweep and tidy up. It could be even cleaner.
The food is varied and delicious. Lunch is buffet style, when we arrived there were many stations in the main hall, but on the last day they had already changed to a smaller hall due to low demand, which caused lines to form. Luckily it was our last day and it did not affect us. For dinner, you can book restaurants, there are several types, some are for adults only, others are only for Circle members. But we, traveling with a baby, were able to access the Mexican, Italian, steakhouse, Asian, and Dominican restaurants. All very delicious. The waitstaff and cleaning staff are very attentive and loving. The facilities are clean and they are attentive to help you with anything you need.

The hotel has a somewhat aggressive upselling sales scheme, they insisted a lot for us to become Circle members offering us 'attentions', and when we said we were not going to become members, they withdrew them. When on vacation, one does not want to deal with this type of situation, especially after having paid a high price to stay at a hotel of this style. The beach has seaweed, but that is to be expected.
