Worn-out hotel... rotten and patched doors, bad shower despite hot water with good flow. Very small elevators, terrible restaurant service!

The rooms are very old. We were given only one access card that provided light in the room. The heated pool was not warm and the slide was never enabled. I stayed from Saturday to Tuesday.

The hotel reception was terrible. I arrived at 1:30 in the morning, my card has time block and the receptionist said that if I didn't pay, I couldn't enter and if I left the hotel my reservation would be canceled. I even showed on the app that the problem was the transaction block at that time and that I had enough balance. I couldn't change this condition in the app. After trying a few times, I tried to pay half of the amount and I succeeded. Very stressful and totally lacking empathy! The next day I spoke to the manager and he said that this is really the hotel's policy, but he would take the case to the management. So, be careful!
The hotel has a very good breakfast, well diversified and with new things.. there is even a coffee machine.. The sheets are comfortable, the bed was also good and spacious and the room was very large. Next to it there is a 24-hour bakery.. it is close to a street with good restaurants and a nearby pharmacy. It is also close to the Friendship Bridge, but you can't walk there..

The room had a door that led to another room and the acoustics were terrible. There were also works around 9 am in the hallway...
