Excellent breakfast with good fruit options such as pineapple, strawberry, apple, and grapes, sliced bread and French bread, cookies, cakes, cheeses and ham, scrambled eggs, juices, granola, oats, plain and strawberry yogurt. Quiet, cozy, and comfortable environment, very attentive and helpful waiters/waitresses and other hotel staff. The location of this hotel is simply excellent, very close to Costanera Center/Sky Costanera and metro stations such as Tobalaba station (line 1), also near MUT and Cerro de San Cristóbal, with easy access to tourist vans. This is one of the best-located hotels in the city of Santiago, Chile.

Just a double bed (normal size) for 2 adults and a 5-year-old child! Impossible to sleep!

I paid for a 40 m2 room and although the one they gave me was the same as in the photo, it did not exceed 30 m2. Very old air conditioning, one of the workers told me that the remote control was on the nightstand but it was impossible since the system did not work with a remote control, also it is in a window covered by curtains and to use it you had to have them open. Loose shower head and could not be properly placed in the holder. Regular breakfast, the hot water from the thermos was warm, imprecise information about taxi fare, they inform $35,000 for airport transfer and the rate posted at reception said $30,000.
