We had the large room with a small kitchen. We didn't need it, but no other rooms were available that weekend. Therefore, the size of the room was sufficient for a city hotel. The price was high, though. The bathrooms are a bit old and in need of renovation. The swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room are also very dated. We booked with breakfast, and everything was available. Unfortunately, the buffet wasn't as extensive as we are used to from other downtown hotels. Parking in the garage was very relaxed, costing around 25 euros for 24 hours. If you are good at walking, you can reach the city center without public transportation.

We booked an apartment instead of a studio because we needed to do laundry. The washing machine was fine, but the rubber seal around the dryer door was ragged, not holding the heat in. Each load took a long time to dry. When we reported the issue to the Front Desk, they offered to move us to another room, but that would have taken even longer. This issue should have been noticed by the staff before allowing a new guest to check in.

The location of the apartments is good. You can quickly reach the city center and many sights by bike. The underground parking below the building is also convenient, allowing you to take the elevator directly to your room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. My granddaughters (15 and 12 years old) love the variety, especially the small pastries... 😉 The location is great, a short distance to the Mermaid (we saw it peacefully at night), the fifth floor was somewhat away from the traffic noise (we slept with the window open = the air conditioning didn't bother us). The girls were in the gym at night and in the pool in the morning - and no one else was there! 😉 In short: We will come back at Easter... and back to the apartment. Wonderful for families!!
