Hotel is centrally located near main attraction of Beijing and well connected with metro. Best part is it is near to many good restaurants, fruit shop and convenience store. Didi and Taxi is easily available. Rooms are well laid, clean and quiet. Room service is very quick and abundant drinking water you need not to buy from market. Unlike other hotels we never felt hot in night. Beds are comfortable. Airconditioned is perfect. They have laundry machine (3 numbers washing & 3 numbers drier and detergent is available). Breakfast spread is good meeting dietary requirement of all tourist. Enough space to take care of large group of tourists coming through tour operators. Concierge is very helpful. Specifically, Mr. Eric and day time staff.

Dinner is not served to individuals who are not part of tour group. As individual you are deprived of the facility. Reception (most of time) and concierge (particularly night and early hours) don't know English so difficult to get guidance. However, they do try their best to help you. I used help of hotel to move around city on 1st day and got guide through hotel He was horrible. He spoiled my well researched travel plan. His main interest is I use his car and pay him 200 CNY for it. He hadn't shared any information about place. It seems he hardly knew about place and was a private taxi driver. I request Hotel management and Eric not to assign John to others.

Excellent Hotel with Exceptionally Kind and Helpful Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Park Plaza Beijing hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I would especially like to highlight Kevin Li, Wendy, and Crystal from the reception team, who were incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful. They always had a positive attitude and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. After checking out, they kindly stored my luggage for the entire day while I visited the Forbidden City and the Great Wall of China. When I returned in the evening, they even arranged for me to take a shower and change my clothes after a long day of sightseeing before heading to the airport. This was an exceptionally thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. I would like to express my special thanks to Kevin Li, Wendy, and Crystal for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. It is people like them who make a hotel stay truly special and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent!
The breakfast was good with many selections. We walked to Forbidden city easily. The metro entrance was close since we used the hotel side door instead of front door.

Хорошо, что в номере есть все необходимое: чайник, холодильник, фен, утюг, чашки с ложками, чай и кофе. В холодильнике у нас было 6 бутылок воды. Регулировать температуру в помещении можно самостоятельно. Но самый большой и для меня единственный плюс отеля - расположение. Если выйти через центральный вход пройти через арку напротив, повернуть направо, то через несколько минут окажешься на пешеходной улице Wangfujing, а там судя по карте и до других достопримечательностей можно дойти. С обратной стороны здания станция Dengshi Koi на 5 ветке выход С

К сожалению, я не могу оставить хороший отзыв о данном отеле. Равно, как и второй раз я сюда не приеду. Ещё дома при бронировании я сразу оплатила номер в 30 квадратов. Приехали мы в отель позже 15.00. На ресепшн нам предложили повысить комфортность номера за дополнительную оплату, но мы отказались. Хорошо. Выдали ключи, и мы отправились на наш этаж. Но оказалось, что у нас в ванной нет воды. Пришлось возвращаться назад на ресепшн с чемоданом и вещами, где сообщили: воды не будет до 18.00. Получается, об этом было известно до нашего заселения. Тогда почему не предупредили? Это, что единственный свободный номер оплаченной категории? Видимо сотрудник отеля рассчитывал на другой вариант событий. Ввиду того, что мы были с дороги, да еще и с двумя детьми, а тут нет воды, значит, нам стоило рассмотреть предложенный 10 минут назад вариант с доплатой! На наше возмущение прибежал другой сотрудник с извинениями, и выдал ключи от ровно такого же номера, но с водой. Еще один минус: матрасы и подушки оказались самыми неудобными, из всех отелей, где нам приходилось ночевать в Китае. Постельное белье воняло куревом. И одноразовые тапки неприятно липли к кафелю в ванной и коридоре. Кроме номера, у нас был оплачен и завтрак. Они проходят на втором этаже с 6.30 до 10.00. Зал небольшой. На второй день мы не смогли найти свободного стола на четверых, убирают их плохо и медленно. А ближе к окончанию перестают доносить еду. Я так и не дождалась белого хлеба для тостов. Из ассортимента - европейская и китайская кухня. Можно что-то найти
