The calm of the hotel despite its size. Its location is relatively close to the shopping streets and some museums. We still did all our journeys on foot, but sometimes it seemed a bit long. Presence of supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for bus and metro stops which are around the corner.

Lack of kitchen equipment: it is specified as a kitchenette in the ad, it consists of a mini fridge, a mini sink, a few cups and glasses, and a kettle, in a restricted space.

We liked the family room as it was spacious with a double bed and a double sofa bed, which could be divided by a thin curtain. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, we could leave our luggage in a secure room on the last day to explore Berlin. The S-Bahn Station is right outside the hotel and so are taxis.

Some of the staff were busy with their mobile phones. One staff member was watching Instagram videos with sound on in the lift we were in. This was rude and unprofessional.

The hotel has a great location, close to the metro stop and many places to visit; the staff is very friendly; the triple room is spacious and very clean.

Although it was abundant, I found the breakfast of mediocre quality. I did not like the coffee from the vending machine. But it is the only and personal note not entirely positive.

Fitness out of order for 19 days. Bathtub broken for 19 days, no response to our complaint. These conditions have been according to the staff for months/years. Bar only open from 17.00 or alcohol only available from then, some drinks not available even though they are on the menu. Food: nothing fresh, all from the freezer, glass...
