The establishment is very well located and very welcoming and calm. The breakfast is very diverse and very good. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, special mention to the ladies present during breakfast (a very smiling and kind lady, 2 other very kind as well) and Mr. Abdela at the reception, if I don't mispronounce his name, very polite and helpful. No difference regardless of the client's origin 👌.

The lack of a pool and gym was the negative point at first. After that, we can mention the cleanliness aspect, indeed the hotel needs to improve in this regard, room cleaning is limited to just the visible surface, when you look under the bed it's very dirty and very visible.

A generally satisfying experience in a clean hotel, well located and with welcoming staff. We appreciated the overall quality of the establishment. However, it would have been preferable to avoid assigning rooms on the floor affected by the works. We would have also appreciated more flexibility regarding our request for a room overlooking Boulevard Anfa. Apart from these two points, we have a positive impression of our stay.
