Staff were all very helpful. Giuseppe was always on hand to help out with directions and recommendations of where to go. We had a late flight home and was excellent that we could leave out luggage to allow us to go out and about.

Breakfast was poor. Not a great deal of choice. And the cakes were dry. Breakfast staff were polite and very helpful. Location was ok but a fair walk to some of the main spots. Beds were uncomfortable, air conditioning was really noisy and couldn’t be left on once your room was vacated as everything switched off one the key card was removed.

It is in a great location. Attractions, center, and all important stops - bus stops for the airport and the beach are within a 10-minute walk, while the train station is about 30 minutes away. I took a soundproof room, which was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. The staff is friendly, especially at the reception, and the breakfast is excellent.

Towels were changed only on the fourth day and only after I requested. The maid left visible dirt on the sink and floors, one day she didn't even empty a trash can. The doors on the shower cabin couldn't close properly.
