The room is very tired and would benefit from an artwork on the black wall (room 501). The ventilation system provides enough fresh air, but they could present it more professionally. But the worst is the luggage storage. The process is ok, but the smell... I still feel it in my nose 6 hours later. Also the security of your luggage is questionable but, well, it is Australia, so it should be fine :) Hope the hotel will read it :)

The girl Filipino receptionist that was assigned on our first day. Very sarcastic and not welcoming. We are glad that she is our kababayan but she has attitude. Not very nice.
