The elevators, lobby, hallways, bag storage and 2nd floor (gym) all had a terrible smell the whole time we were there, noticed other guests commenting on it too. Cockroaches in the lobby. Staff were unfriendly. I booked this months ago and got pestered regularly by email and phone with "issues" about my booking but then I would call back and no one knew why they had called me, very frustrating. Bathroom had no screen or lip on the shower so the bathroom floor was always wet. They also charged my card for an unknown reason (after we had already paid), luckily I noticed before check out and got it refunded but felt very sketchy and dishonest. I wonder how many other people they've done that to. Very odd experience overall.
