Only 2 small things: there was only one type of tea (Azorean Tea), we would have liked to have other types at breakfast. The garage at the hotel is a challenge, parking (with a car lift) only with instructions. But this is due to the central location, nearby there are outdoor parking spaces.

The hotel is very centrally located in the city, so you can reach all central places and restaurants in 5 minutes. The staff is very nice and helpful. Everyone speaks good English, so you can get along fine even without Portuguese knowledge. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The whole hotel seemed very clean and tidy.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Although the rooms are very nice, the bathrooms could use a renovation.

A noise issue from the inner courtyard (pool) is quite penalizing if you want to sleep with the windows open
The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and accommodating. They also recommended what became our favourite restaurant on the island. The location was great, central and very easy to walk everywhere in Ponta Delgada. There is parking at the hotel using a very quaint car lift system!
