le plus gros point positif : la vue !!! le buffet était également très bon, varié et inclusif ! des choix vege, vegan et sans gluten. le petit-déjeuner était très copieux avec énormément de choix. le personnel est également très gentil avec toujours le sourire! hôtel situé sur une île donc pas d’activités à faire, mais nous étions venus chercher ce calme et nous l’avons trouvé !

l’égoïsme même en vacances. n’espérez pas avoir un transat au bord de la piscine à partir de 9h15. ils sont tous réservés avec leur locataire au petit déjeuner 😊😊. assez décevant pour un hôtel de ce type…. les chambres manquent un peu de modernité, tout comme les transats au bord de mer. peut être proposer + de cocktails sans alcool

In piscina regole non rispettate. Talvolta confusione e tuffi in acqua fastidiosi.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, good showers, nothing in the resort is too far away, consistently very clean throughout. We had a room issue that was resolved with relative ease and speed.

Food options were fairly varied but didn't always taste good quality, staff was a real mixed bag, as was service. Entertainment painfully out of touch and catered to a 60+ audience. (I'm writing this as a 38YO, hardly looking for a rave)

Die tolle Lage direkt am schönen Sandstrand, dahinter gleich das Pool mit Poolbar, dazwischen überall ausreichend Liegen, kurze Wege zu Rezeption oder Hauptrestaurant, die Ruhe und Gelassenheit in der gesamten Anlage, keine aufdringliche Animation --> all das ist schon eine seltene und gute Kombination in dieser Preisklasse. Ein weiteres Highlight war das beste Essen, was wir bis jetzt in einem All-Inclusive-Hotel genießen durften. Auch in den Bars wurden qualitativ hochwertige, frisch gemixte Cocktails angeboten. Die Möglichkeit auf der schönen Restaurantterrasse (mit super Aussicht auf fast die gesamte Bucht) zu essen, bereichert einen Badeurlaub zusätzlich. Das durchgehend freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Servicepersonal sowie unser nettes Reinigungsteam haben ebenfalls maßgeblich zum positiven Gesamteindruck beigetragen. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine ausgezeichnete All-Inclusive-Anlage, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

In der Rezeption ist man freundlich, aber nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Ähnliches gilt für das Tui Blue Team vor Ort, es ist bemüht aber handelt etwas chaotisch. Wir organisieren uns in unseren zahlreichen Urlauben immer alles selbst, aber auf dieser Insel gibts ausserhalb der Anlage nicht viel und man ist hier etwas abhängig von hilfreichen Infos und aktiver Unterstützung und die war bei beiden Teams nach der oberflächlichen Auskunft vorbei, mehr Initiative durfte man hier nicht erhoffen. Schade, trübt den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck des wirklich ganz tollen restlichen Personals, sind aber nur Empfindungen unserer subjektiven Erlebnisse. Wirklich nur auf 2 Stern Niveau war unser Badezimmer, aber gut, es hat alles funktioniert. Unser Zimmer, mit Meerblick gebucht und bezahlt, war leider maximal Kategorie "seitlicher oder eingeschränkter Meerblick". Wünschenswert wäre bei den Liegen am Pool und rundherum weiche Auflagen, das sollte eigentlich Tui Blue Standard sein.

Amazing location. It’s the smallest TUI hotel I’ve ever stayed in but that’s a plus. It’s perfect for relaxing after a few days in the busy Dubrovnik. Very good food and drinks. The cleaning ladies were the friendliest and most cheerful people I encountered there.

The property itself is fantastic. However, I’d like to mention about the staff approach. It’s quite different from what I’ve experienced in many other TUI hotels around the world I have been. Many staff members seem forced to work there so maybe you can smile sometimes? What really annoyed me was that despite being an adults-only hotel, children were running freely on the beach and in the water for HOURS. Not a single staff member approached the parents to speak to them. I wouldn’t expect to be woken up in an adults-only hotel by children.
