Nice and clean room with living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Very friendly staff at the reception, bar, housekeeping, and restaurant. Right in the city center with a short distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. Nice spa area (we didn't have time to use the pool). Free afternoon tea including prosecco. Recommend using UBER if you want a taxi. Fast, easy, and affordable - avoid freelancers or hailing a taxi on the street, they charge 5 times more.

We booked with a balcony and were placed on the 3rd floor facing the street. This led to some noise from both traffic and party noise.
The location is really central. The staff is very professional and friendly! Breakfast choice was amazing!

The spa facilities are really minimal and unfortunately rather dirty. The recliners around the pool do not really allow you to relax as people constantly almost jump over you to get to the other side.
Hotel really clean and quiet. Apart from the noise coming from upstairs. Kids running everywhere at any time of the day and night nearly!!!!
