The blonde receptionist with a tattoo, I think Dania, was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. I went to this hotel to spend the night of my birthday, had booked a great room, spacious, large bathroom. I slept one night in it and was woken up before 8 in the morning with construction noises, drilling, and everything else. They said I had to leave the room the next day at 12 after a whole morning of noise. They offered me others and all half the size. I had to accept. So the bathroom door of the other room wouldn't close. The next day they had to change our room again because they needed to change that door. In the third room when I went to take a shower there were remnants of a man's hair on the floor. Considering we were two women. Breakfast was also poor and depending on the time you arrive there's no one to help with the luggage and there's no elevator and the garage to leave the car is practically impossible to fit into.
