Do not go to this hotel! To begin with, the food is not tasty at all, I would say it is in bad condition. The first thing we did when we arrived was to go to eat at the sports bar, and we found a huge bug in the food, not to mention that the ingredients are of very poor quality. On the website, they sell the All-Inclusive with 8 restaurants, and when you arrive, they tell you that only 5 are included. Of which we could not reserve any because there was no space available for ANY during our entire stay. We went to dinner at the buffet, already somewhat upset about the bug situation, and we found a very neglected place when it came to cooking, everything was just like that. There were no plates, and if there were, they were dirty. Not only that, the food was INEDIBLE, tasteless and nothing. (The same thing happened to us at breakfast the next day). The entrance to the beach was impossible, the entire access was with a huge puddle of water, impossible to pass. The staff serves you poorly and does not even look at you, again everything was just like that.
