The room was not prepared for four people. I had to go to reception to have the bed made and get towels for all four of us. I also had to go downstairs (they didn't answer the phone) to get a hairdryer.

The extra bed in the triple room was a narrow and quite hard sofa.

We booked a family room with one child. When we arrived at the room, the child's bed was not made, there were no towels, blankets, or pillows for the child, in other words, NOTHING. My husband had to go to reception as there was no contact number anywhere. They told us there were only two staff members in the entire hotel and it took them over an hour to bring up the items. We received everything after 1 a.m. and I had to make the bed myself. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
