I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The room service was excellent as well — everything was handled quickly and with great attention to detail. The pool area was also lovely and well maintained, making it a great place to relax.

One little gesture especially touched me. I had completely lost my voice during the stay, and the staff kindly sent me ginger tea to help me feel better. 🥹❤️ It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture, and honestly, it made me feel so special.
