The facilities are neglected. The faucet was dripping, there was water leakage from the air conditioning, the beds were not very comfortable, noise from the hallway and pipes could be heard at night.

When I arrived after a 13-hour flight, I went to shower and more water was coming out from underneath than from the shower. I had to put my things back and change rooms. The rooms were very dark and old. The lack of maintenance is noticeable. They are not as shown in the photos. The staff was not very attentive. And now that I have posted this comment, the hotel responds kindly. I won't return, not even crazy, and to everyone I know who is traveling to CDMX, I will make sure to tell them not to go to this hotel!

The sheets smelled a bit damp, and I could see that they didn't change the sheets during the 3 days I stayed, they just straightened them out, which I find not very pleasant.
