Uitstekende locatie vanwege de nabijheid van de BTS-skytrain en de pier voor boten naar het Grand Palace, Wat Arun en vele andere attracties. Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamer was zeer schoon en comfortabel. Er zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt, ongeacht het soort eten dat iemand wil.

Er is veel lawaai vanwege de constante verkeersstroom op de brug en de nabijheid van het BTS-station. Dit is iets wat gasten moeten accepteren als ze een gunstige locatie willen. Ik raakte na een tijdje gewend aan het lawaai. Er was niets negatiefs te melden over het hotel zelf. Het is gewoon de locatie waar het zich bevindt.

We verbleven in een appartement (2605), dat lekker ruim was, maar eigenlijk niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen vanwege veel lage scherpe hoeken (salontafel, ingebouwde natuurstenen bank).

Chinese vrouwelijke hoofd receptioniste. Ze maakt nooit een compliment. Dit is de tweede keer dat ze hetzelfde doet! Ik kom 2-3 uur voor 14 uur aan. Krijg nooit eerder de sleutel. Ik zal niet terugkeren naar dit hotel. Ik ben 67 jaar oud. Ik zei dat ik kon betalen voor 3 uur. Maar ze disciplineert klanten. Nou, vaarwel!

Verkeer is hoorbaar in de kamer (16e verdieping). Een klein ongemak was de organisatie van een luchthaventransfer. We boekten bij aankomst een luchthaventransfer bij de receptie, maar toen we halverwege ons verblijf terugkwamen om het te bevestigen, had het personeel er geen aantekening van en konden het niet vinden in het systeem, dus boekten we het opnieuw. De avond voor onze transfer controleerden we nogmaals en liepen tegen hetzelfde probleem aan. Uiteindelijk vond de transfer plaats en was op tijd.
