The location
Prison-like ambiance due to the layout of the rooms on the floors. Upon arrival, room was poorly cleaned (many hairs in all rooms including the bathtub). Very simple breakfast like a 3-star hotel, not up to 5-star standards. Luggage storage in the lobby, not very high quality and does not give a good impression upon entering the hotel. Staff just okay.

The building, especially inside, is getting old and looks dark on the landings. The bathroom tiles are very slippery when wet.
