It’s situated far enough away from Sukhumvit Rd so it’s quiet, but a very short shuttle ride from all the action.

Unfortunately, the hotel disappointed me and was the main reason to make our vacation bad in Bangkok
Unfortunately, the hotel disappointed me and was the main reason to make our vacation bad in Bangkok
I thought it was like the rest of the famous Center Point Hotel chain that respects and values guests and considers them at least. Starting from check-in at 5:30 pm, the employee was very slow and busy answering other calls while checking in, knowing that two rooms were handed over to those who came after us. The elevators are 4 and you have to wait at least 5 minutes to go up or down, and the worst part is that we booked a 3-bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor throughout the stay, maintenance, demolition, construction, and hammers from early morning until late in the evening next to our apartment, and we informed them more than once without any benefit. The floor under maintenance should not have guests or guests should be informed during booking, especially those with elderly or children. After staying for 8 nights, we requested a late check-out of at least 3 hours and I was willing to pay for the extra hours as the policy of most hotels in Thailand. The receptionist agreed to charge 25% and then said 50%, and then said the hotel was fully booked and I could only have one extra hour. At 11:30 am, we received a call to immediately vacate the apartment at 12. She said you can book a full night, it's better for you. Before that, she used to say the hotel was fully booked (not honest). In addition, the smell of paint in the rooms causes allergies, and the hotel corridors are very hot, it seems that the hotel is old and being renovated, but the receptionists need more training in dealing with customers professionally even if my request was not fulfilled.

I will not repeat my stay there because of the inconvenience, maintenance, and the treatment of the reception staff
