Wish there was a self park option instead of straight valet, the website did not say it was strictly valet, if it did we would have chosen a different motel and we do not like that we had to constantly wait on valet to grab our vehicle any time we wanted to go somewhere it was very inconvenient for us, especially if we forgot something in the car we couldn't just grab our keys and go to the car, we had to wait for valet. The TV in the bedroom did not work.

Since it was on the 4th floor, there were no bugs. There was a microwave, a large refrigerator, and it was cost-effective. The staff were all very kind. If you walk a little, there are also a glove, a Trader Joe's, and a Whole Foods. The best part is that the area is safe. There are buses from Santa Monica and Beverly Hills downtown, and you can also use Uber, making it convenient. Koreatown is also close by. It takes about 15 minutes by bus to get to Hollywood. We had pre-booked a taxi from Dodger Stadium, so we went directly back to the hotel without any complicated routes and arrived quickly. I recommend it to those going to a concert at SoFi Stadium. We took the bus there and had no problems returning in a pre-booked taxi, which took about 30 minutes. I have been to downtown and stayed at a hotel in Little Tokyo, but in terms of satisfaction and safety, the area around this hotel is cost-effective and highly recommended. There is an elevator, and the pool in the middle of the property can be used with peace of mind. There is always someone at the front desk even at night, and the cafe on the first floor? BAR is open until 3 am, so there are no worries about people standing outside. Since it's on the 4th floor, noise was not a concern. Shampoo, conditioner, and body gel are provided, but there is no toothpaste or toothbrush. There is a hairdryer. The storage space is ample. The toilet flushes well. Basic cleaning is not provided for consecutive nights, but we were told we could exchange towels at the front desk. Depending on the person cleaning nearby, we were able to get them exchanged on the spot.

I personally didn't mind at all, but I will mention points that some people might be concerned about. ⭐Adjusting the fixed shower may be difficult. ⭐People who like strong water pressure may be concerned. ⭐The walls seem thin, but there were no noisy neighbors at night, so personally, it wasn't a problem. Depending on the room and the day of stay, we recommend requesting the 4th floor. People on the first or second floor may find certain times noisy. ⭐The air conditioning was noisy, so we kept it off most of the time. ⭐The room lighting is dim. ⭐The windows on the hallway side are large with regular glass without frosted glass, so the curtains cannot be opened much. ⭐No slippers provided.

When we arrived at the hotel, there were 2 rooms instead of 3! But the hotel provided extra beds and confirmed that they would refund us for the room, which they did! However, Booking.com is no longer responding to customer service and we are still waiting for the refund!
