The location is absolutely amazing! 2 mins away from the nearest beach, as well as well connected to the rest of the city via multiple bus stops around. The staff was impeccable, attentive and helpful. The customer service quality is fairly high (a tad less the security team). The receptionists, housekeeping team and restaurant staff were outstanding. The food selection is great, though not suitable for all types of eaters unless under request. The swimming pool area was marvellous.

The bathrooms are shockingly bad. They would seriously need to be renovated. They tarnish the overall perception of the hotel (in my personal opinion). The rooms can be as pretty as one can design them, though the bathrooms would ruin it. This hotel has a curfew in place, it isn't possible to discreetly have friends over after a certain time in the evening (never experienced this before). I understand the security side, though it might be appreciated if highlighted during the check-in. The Manager told me it's for security reasons, whereas the security team raised their voice saying they don't trust me as I might smuggle in people without paying for their stay. The security team has quite poor manners, in my opinion. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is great, though there is no label to indicate what every option is - you must ask (allergens, ingredients..nothing is detailed). The vegetarian selection is fairly limited (this would only be an issue for the few vegetarian customers). The restaurant closes at 8:30pm - for a sea location with tourists travelling around all day long it is quite early (unusual for a Mediterranean location). The gym was filthy. One machine was out of order.

The pool is small. Many group arrivals and departures. Certainly related to the period we were there.

There was a minor issue regarding the housekeeping staff, I asked them to clean my room. From the morning, I called reception twice, the first time I don't know who answered me at the reception but I liked her response (don't know her name) and she said she would send someone to clean but didn't. Then I called a second time, a nice guy from reception answered and immediately made sure they would send someone to clean my room only by around 4:00 in the afternoon. I must mention that the guy from reception apologized and sent a staff member to clean my room and then called to make sure everything was in order. I mention this so they take note. Thank you. And besides that, everything was excellent.
