The key would deactivate practically every time I left and came back, so I had to go have it activated.

Breakfast was good, we used the à la carte option since it is not our custom to eat much in the morning, there should be some gluten-free bakery options. Dinner is good value for money, the wine is very expensive. The bar staff is excellent. The regular front desk staff are polite but lack basic information (where to exchange money, bank hours, etc.).

We were assigned room 105, which is 'shared' with 104 and only separated by a door. We complained because noisy people were accommodated in 104, they talked loudly at night and everything they did could be heard clearly, light came in under the door, etc., which was very unpleasant. We asked for another room upon check-in but were told there was no availability. Days later, the guests changed and they offered to move us, but it was already difficult to pack everything up for the remaining stay.

The air conditioning didn't work, the bathroom was dirty, also the towels are very worn out and the sheets somewhat torn and even stained.
