Mixed reports: some guests said the hotel was very clean, but multiple reviews mention ants, sightings of cockroaches at building entrances, dusty AC units and complaints of dirty or dated bathrooms, lowering this score.
Consistently praised: many guests highlighted friendly, helpful staff (mentions of specific staff like Giuseppe), prompt assistance (e.g., cleaning AC on request) and accommodating early breakfast — strong positive sentiment.
Mixed-to-negative: several guests noted the hotel is far from the centre and in a less attractive neighbourhood, though public transport makes the centre accessible for some; location score reduced overall.
Mixed: rooms described as spacious and beds comfortable by many, but others reported dated rooms, uncomfortable showers, missing towel racks and occasional odors, so overall moderate score.
Mixed: breakfast buffet is well regarded, but guests reported issues with air conditioning (dusty/not working without intervention), inconvenient showers and an expensive/limited parking situation.
Generally positive: multiple comments explicitly note good price/quality and that the stay was good value for money, though a few guests felt it was overpriced given hygiene or service gaps.
Positive: breakfast/buffet repeatedly mentioned as varied and sufficient with options (salty/sweet/fruit/vegan milk), earning a strong score.
Generally favourable: many reviewers described a good or very good stay — comfortable beds, friendly staff and decent breakfasts — tempered by location, occasional cleanliness and amenity issues.
It's well located, the staff is kind (way kinder than my last stay there in January 2025) and worth the price.

The only thing was that in my room I couldn't turn off the air conditioner at all or change the temperature
The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

In the room, there were 3 single beds, making it very cramped. The bathroom is quite old. Old tiles, rust on the radiator, the bidet had a crack. We stayed for 4 nights and only got new towels once. The air conditioning could not be controlled from the room. So, having to go down to the reception on the second floor every time to adjust the air conditioning is a bit annoying. The tram no longer runs in front of the door; you can take the bus to the nearest metro and then continue to the city center. However, on the way back, you have to walk 10 minutes because the buses take a different route.
