The computer equipment was under maintenance and it took a long time to give us the room. They finally gave it to us, but they could have done it earlier because the computer problem was not fixed anyway. The receptionist girl lacks training.

To move to tower two, the parking lot is very dark

When we arrived, the receptionist was not the best. He was angry 😡, the windows from the hotel to the terrace had both locks broken, I could never open them. The breakfast place is dark without windows, a real basement, you can't see the morning... negative place.

It is an overrated hotel, not a 4-star hotel, and its prices are as if it were! The quality-price ratio is very poor!!! Its facilities are not comfortable, also old, the staff is not friendly, and the breakfast is a disaster!!! In a country like Colombia, serving burnt, overheated coffee... reflects how little that hotel cares about its guests.

Breakfast should start at 6 am, when traveling for work it is better that way. There is no coffee maker in the room, sometimes it is necessary to have coffee available

The staff attention, the receptionist girl was not gentle at all, did not explain anything to me, and was upset all the time! The steam sauna, which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, does not work, and the bathtub in the room never filled up. The breakfast was quite average, and the overall staff service leaves much to be desired. Just for that, I would not return.
