I booked a unit that included a bedroom, kitchen, and living room. We were assigned a unit on the bottom floor. There was only one AC unit for the entire apartment, and it was a window unit in the living area. This created two problems. First, the bedroom was quite far from the AC, so very little cool air reached it. Second, cars parked directly outside the window, sometimes backing up almost all the way to it. This gave us very little privacy. Because the AC was installed in the window, the curtain could not be completely closed.

Location was great! Was very easy to walk to anything you wanted or to get a Lyft. The room was exactly what we needed. Not tons of space, but great for what we needed. We wanted to have a nice spot to relax and this was perfect. Plus had a decent kitchenette which includes a toaster oven. Spacious bathroom, big shower and heated floors were a plus!

I wasn’t able to get in one afternoon and rang the doorbell, but no one ever came. I did have to wait for the keypad to reset in the rain before being able to get in. User error (very long nails) Also, 1 ply toilet paper was a miss, but those aren’t anything to keep us from staying again.
