The spacious area, the cleanliness and the complete facility of the room. Every staff member is really friendly, always prepared to help guests if necessary. The building is connected to the mall beside it which is the Grand Indonesia mall, where guests could just travel there by foot with the help of the security guards assisting everyone across the street.

The way to the swimming pool is through the lobby, where we have to pass through other guests in the lobby therefore it is hard for some people to go to the swimming pool without being exposed to others. Maybe make a special path for those who are planning to swim that does not pass through the lobby.
