The room is a bit small, there is a lot of noise when the room door is closed, poor soundproofing, only an electric fan in the room, and the airflow is not strong

Good location, I stayed in both a private room (with shared bathroom) and a 4-bed dormitory. The beds were comfortable in both. The private room was good, small but had everything I needed

The dormitory needs privacy curtains and power outlets near or next to the beds, which are basic requirements for a hostel. Also, the bathrooms need an urgent upgrade

Very friendly staff at reception, our room on the 1st floor as requested. Too good. Will definitely visit again. We also took photos/videos and sent them to friends back home
