Beautiful room, spacious, with three windows (room 23), with a windowed bathroom and nice complete furnishings including a living area. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Appreciated having a kettle to prepare coffee. Excellent soundproofing. Very courteous and professional staff. Appreciated the presence of water carafes in various points of the property. Strategic location in the heart of the old town, very close to transportation. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of the old town, and the staff was very hospitable and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful garden!

It would be helpful to have a small fridge in the room and better soundproofing from the adjacent room.

The central location is good, but I would have preferred to stay 10 km away just to sleep in a clean bed.

The cleanliness. NIGHTMARE HOTEL. The bed was full of (human) hairs. After documenting everything with photos, I called the number provided on booking at 10:00 pm, no one was at the hotel and no one could come to change the sheets. The response was 'we will take care of it tomorrow morning.' I had booked for one night, so what would I do with clean sheets the next morning? Two adults slept in a small bed, now only dirty at the foot of the bed. Very poor breakfast, a raw buttery croissant. The lady refilling the buffet with a mask, just to add anxiety after a sleepless night. All accommodation facilities are close to the center, so opt for something cheaper and above all clean.

Good bed. Excellent air conditioning. Good simple breakfast. Beautiful renovated hotel. Perfect location in the old center but in a quiet side street.

Toilet kept running, causing an annoying noise. Cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the early morning in the hallway, disturbing the night's rest.
