The hotel was quite good in terms of facilities and location, but unfortunately, my credit card was charged multiple times with significantly inflated charges, for example, for breakfast. Despite repeated inquiries, the hotel refused to clarify or at least correct this. Furthermore, the hotel persistently refuses to issue an invoice for my stay. In my opinion, the financial conduct of the hotel is potentially criminal.
