The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Room size was perfect. Large but not wasteful. A kitchen with a good size fridge/freezer, a ceramic cooktop, pans/dishes/cutlery/microwave are amazing finds for a hotel room. The breakfast offered vegan patties and other dairy-free options is something greatly appreciated for those with alternative diets (by choice or by necessity). The first hotel in 10 years that has offered this. The location is great if you like being downtown. Approx 15 min walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Metro Convention Centre, waterfront, and many other great attractions.

The cleaning staff is really strict with their cleaning times to a point they will wake you up and try to push you into telling them to skip cleaning… also, their breakfast place is too small for the amount of people they host in the hotel. This needs to be fixed. It’s ridiculous to have to make a line for breakfast considering the amount of money you pay for the hotel. I usually never skip breakfast and found myself doing so here as it is also really bad quality food.

The price seemed excessive to me, the breakfast very basic, lacks variety and always something with egg.
