De kamers waren ruim en luxueus, met goede bedden en rustig gelegen. Locatie is top en vlakbij openbaar vervoer. Ontbijt zelf top met Cava of Unicum.

De ontbijtzaal is te klein en als je pech hebt moet je in de rij staan.
L'hôtel est très agréable, beau, extrêmement bien placé, les chambres sont de bonne taille, tout était propre, les lits confortables, les petits déjeuners copieux.

Nous avons été très surpris d'être chassés de la salle du petit déjeuner à partir de 10h. Le petit-déjeuner est disponible jusqu'à 10h puis rapidement rangé en cuisine, ce qui est habituel et normal. Ce qui devient bien plus étonnant voire choquant, c'est qu'on nous demande de quitter la salle dès 10h, même si l'on n'a pas fini de boire son café ou d'éplucher sa pomme. Ce n'est donc pas que "le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10h" mais qu'il faut avoir avalé et quitté les lieux avant 10h. J'ajoute qu'en fonction des jours, certains personnels nous l'ont demandé respectueusement bien que fermement et d'autres de façon bien plus désagréable.

The location is good, as it is centrally situated. However, the area is full of foreigners, and you feel afraid to walk around at night. The breakfast was unacceptable. It was extremely poor, and everything they served was stale. The bread was very old, and so were the cakes.The cutlery was also dirty.

The rooms were not clean. Almost all the bath towels had hair on them, the carpet throughout the rooms was dirty, and the beds were absolutely unacceptable. The worst part was that, in a colleague’s adjacent room, approximately 30–40 black cockroaches suddenly appeared, crawling all over the bathroom and the room. They had even climbed onto the bed and gotten inside the suitcases. Understandably, everyone panicked. The only thing the reception staff did was move them to a smaller room. The management’s response was completely unacceptable, and they seemed to believe that the way they had handled the situation was perfectly adequate. Naturally, we did not eat anything else at the hotel and left feeling extremely disappointed. This hotel is absolutely not worthy of the star rating it claims to have.

The only downside is that some rooms do not have an exterior street view and instead face the back of the building, which can make them feel a little less bright and inviting.
